📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and pay invoices accurately and promptly using SAP or Oracle.
• Reconcile accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update vendor records and contracts.
• Monitor payment deadlines and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and analyze reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide support to the finance team during peak periods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a hospitality or tourism company.
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
