AETHER Ekspansindo is looking for an Assistant Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Matraman, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in various aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales tracking.,Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
