📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage restocking processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
