In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful change in our organization, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translating them into actionable business solutions.

As a Business Transformation Analyst / Business Solutions Specialist / Functional Analyst at Vertere, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, leveraging your expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions, and contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
Create and maintain detailed documentation using tools like Confluence.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
Develop and maintain business process models using tools like Bizagi.
Monitor the implementation of business solutions and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
