PT Pilar Dinamika is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the learning and development initiatives of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. This position is based in Sanur, Bali, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Develop and deliver training materials and sessions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager.,Assist in the management of the learning and development budget.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of the Indonesian workplace culture and dynamics.
