📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the HR team in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the effectiveness of learning programs.,Maintain and update learning and development records and databases.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of training providers and materials.,Support the HR team in the administration of learning and development budgets.,Assist in the development of learning and development metrics and reports.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Learning and Development role or related HR field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
