📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the facility.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including accidents and natural disasters.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Collaborate with other security personnel and management to ensure the overall security of the facility.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Provide assistance to employees in case of security-related issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.,Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid security certification or license is a plus.,Physical fitness and the ability to endure long working hours, including night shifts.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.
