📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs for HVAC technicians, covering topics such as system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions using real equipment and tools, including but not limited to, Gree branded units and industry-standard diagnostic tools.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the technical team to update training materials and incorporate new industry standards and best practices.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service team.
• Stay current with the latest HVAC technologies and trends, and integrate this knowledge into the training curriculum.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all training activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC systems.
• Proven experience as an HVAC trainer or instructor, with a track record of successful training programs.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as Certified HVAC Technician (CHT) or similar, is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver training sessions efficiently.
• Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar, is a plus.
• Ability to travel to service locations as needed.
