📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement KOL and affiliate marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs and affiliate partners.
• Create and optimize content for social media platforms to engage target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and affiliate growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align KOL and affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and ethical guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate management.
• Proven track record of successful KOL and affiliate campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
