You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with Chinese clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, using your excellent Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively and build trust.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that they are legally binding and beneficial to both parties.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management on sales trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients and that we are able to deliver on our promises.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential clients and build brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, using this knowledge to inform our sales strategies and improve our performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the printing or related industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to client locations, both within and outside of Tangerang.
