🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.
