Silver Market Dinamis is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and competitive salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
