📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Utilizing recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and labor laws.,Ability to travel to Palopo for meetings and events (if required).
