📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the estimation process for civil construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.,Prepare and review project estimates, including material, labor, and equipment costs.,Conduct site visits and inspections to verify project progress and ensure estimates are accurate.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement estimation strategies.,Maintain and update estimation databases and software.,Provide training and mentorship to junior estimators and project staff.,Ensure all estimates are approved by relevant stakeholders and submitted on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project estimation for civil construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Proficiency in estimation software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
