📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the regional office, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the regional office and its employees.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure that all projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activities, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or business environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
