📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory control, including stock-taking, ordering, and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or operational management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
