📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Handle cash and card payments, and provide change as needed,Assist customers with menu inquiries and special requests,Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
