📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell financial products and services to potential customers, including credit cards, loans, and savings accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a reliable vehicle for field work.
