📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of budget forecasts and financial planning.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial recording.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.
  • Monitor and control cash flow and liquidity.
  • Manage and develop the finance team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and management.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
