Sentosa Software is seeking a dedicated Deputy Staff Kitchen to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking meals for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to health and safety regulations.,Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.,Help with meal planning and menu development.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.,Assist in preparing special dietary needs and accommodations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or culinary environment.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
