Resto Gilang Restaurant is looking for a dedicated General Affairs professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our restaurant. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our restaurant is a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is compliant with local laws and regulations.,Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring that they are restocked as needed.,Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the restaurant for events and special occasions.,Assisting with the maintenance and repair of the restaurant's equipment and furniture.,Assisting with the organization of the restaurant's staff schedule and ensuring that all staff members are accounted for and working their assigned shifts.,Assisting with the organization of the restaurant's customer complaints and ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and professional manner.,Assisting with the organization of the restaurant's customer feedback and ensuring that it is used to improve the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
