📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, and work to resolve them in a fair and timely manner.,Work with management to develop and implement training programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software.🛠️ Keahlian
