Rejeki Intan Kitchen is seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in our store and remotely. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.,Assist in the training and development of new Baristas.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-store and remote).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).,Basic computer skills for remote tasks.
