📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues related to inbound shipments.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Generate and analyze reports on inbound logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to develop and implement new processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inbound logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Logistics Management or related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics sector.
