📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.

Monitor and maintain the security and availability of IT systems.

Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Provide technical training and documentation to employees.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with network security and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
