Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🛠️ Keahlian
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with ITIL frameworkKnowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g.AWSAzure)Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g.VMwareHyper-V)Experience with database management systems (e.g.SQLMySQL)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
