📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire client onboarding process, from initial contact to final documentation.
• Coordinate with legal and sales teams to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and maintain intake procedures and documentation templates using tools like Google Workspace and Notion.
• Provide training and support to sales and legal teams on intake processes and best practices.
• Track and manage client intake metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new client intake processes and technologies.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal intake or client onboarding roles.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in legal documentation or project management is a plus.
