📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.,Provide support in legal research and analysis to assist in the resolution of legal issues.,Maintain and update legal records and files in accordance with company standards.,Assist in the coordination of legal matters with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.,Participate in legal training and professional development activities.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal or legal support role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian law and regulations.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Proficiency in using legal research databases and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with legal document preparation and review processes.
