📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, body wraps, and specialized therapies.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, recommending suitable treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with spa hygiene standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in beauty therapy, incorporating new methods into your practice.
• Manage client schedules and appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
• Adhere to spa policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and professional working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and feedback promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Beauty Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or similar setting.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional beauty treatments and client consultations.
• Strong knowledge of spa hygiene and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with using premium, natural beauty products and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory as we cater to an international clientele.
