📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality hiring process.
  • Conduct job interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and maintain open communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
