📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
