📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job descriptions, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.
