📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.
  • Resolve any payment issues and disputes promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on accounts receivable performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus.
