📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standards.,Ensure all pastries are prepared according to food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage and train a team of pastry chefs to maintain high standards of quality and service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the pastry industry.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's menu.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing delicious pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
