📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by accurately processing customer orders and payments.,Manage cashier operations, including handling cash and electronic payments.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in inventory management by ensuring that products are stocked and displayed correctly.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services.,Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.,Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Experience in cashier operations and handling transactions is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with sales and customer service software is an advantage.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
