📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Supervise and train junior chefs.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing special dishes.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in maintaining food quality and safety.,Good knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Valid food handler's certificate.
