🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding customer base in a competitive market.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools such as CRM systems, data analytics software, and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
