As a Learning Center Trainer, you will design and deliver engaging training sessions using the latest tools and software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Storyline. You will also collaborate with our training and development team to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our business goals and meet the needs of our employees. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of engineers and employees, and you will play a key role in helping them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.

You will need to have at least 3 years of experience in training and development, and you should be familiar with the latest training methodologies and technologies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions using the latest tools and software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate Storyline.
• Collaborate with our training and development team to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our business goals and meet the needs of our employees.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to our engineers and employees, both in the classroom and online.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our training and development strategy.
• Work with our marketing team to develop and deliver training programs for our customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training and development, or a technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in training and development, with a strong background in technical and non-technical training.
• Familiarity with the latest training methodologies and technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and instructor-led training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
• Experience with training management systems, such as Docebo or Cornerstone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to training and development.
• Certification in a related field, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified eLearning Developer (CeLD).
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
