As a Marketplace Administrator, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to enhance our online presence and maximize sales performance. You will be responsible for managing our listings on popular e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak. Daily, you will handle product updates, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to keep our marketplace competitive and profitable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and reordering processes.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Conduct regular audits of marketplace performance and suggest improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace administration.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Excel.
• Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
