📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the nursing and midwifery departments, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and hospital policies.
Manage and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, providing mentorship and leadership.
Coordinate patient care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including those from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement training programs for nursing and midwifery staff.
Manage budgets and resources for the nursing and midwifery departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing or midwifery management.
Certification in healthcare management or leadership (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified in Healthcare Management (CHM)).
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including those from the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
