📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our 3D printing laboratory equipment, including 3D printers, scanners, and software like Autodesk Fusion 360 and Cura.
• Oversee daily operations, including material procurement, maintenance schedules, and quality control.
• Provide graphic design support for marketing materials, product packaging, and internal communications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and printing projects meet client requirements.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the development and execution of training programs for new employees.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in 3D printing technology and graphic design tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D printing laboratory administration or a similar role.
• Proven experience with 3D printing software like Autodesk Fusion 360, Cura, and PrusaSlicer.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Certification in 3D printing or graphic design is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
