Field Sales Representative - Marketing & Brand Activation

Binajasa Sumber Sarana is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful marketing initiatives, leading and coordinating field activation, visibility campaigns, and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also managing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. You will utilize a variety of tools and software, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media platforms, to track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Lead and coordinate field activation and visibility campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and sales activities.
• Manage and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on campaign performance and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Salesforce, and social media.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and related products/services is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
