📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the modernization of legacy systems by developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that ensures seamless integration with cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for cloud adoption, including security, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Oversee the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor and develop a team of cloud engineers and architects to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that modernization initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
• Monitor and report on the progress of modernization efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in platform modernization and cloud computing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale modernization projects, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
• Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Kubernetes Administrator.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
