📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and publish engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email, and our website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategies.
• Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro to design and edit visual content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation.
• Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and content creation.
• Create content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance our content strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the educational or children's products industry.
• Proficient in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
